PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASES.

ORDER

Serious buyer only!

Once you decided to order, fill up the details of your name/address/phone no./item code/quantity and email to jeweleries9@gmail.com

Wait for our reply via sms for account number.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION ORDER

Booking are allowed within 5 days only.

Your booking is automatically canceled if there is no confirmation made within 5 days.

Order cannot be cancelled once payment has been made or your money will not be refunded.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 3 days after order confirmation.

If there is no payment after 3 days, your order are automatically cancelled.

Payment via CIMB, MAYBANK and BANK ISLAM

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing list.

SECURITY

No credit cards payment are provided

REFUNDS

Brooch for the Queens will not process refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind.

All refund request need to be made via email to jeweleries9@gmail.com within 7 days.

In the event that Brooch for the Queens choose not to ship an item, you will be notified by email or sms and any amount charged will be refunded.

INCORRECT ITEM

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible within 14 days and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details.

If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned.

We will not charge you for the incorrect item.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.

If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure that someone is home to receive the parcel. If not, we recommend using other alternative like your work address for delivery.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.

Shipping may take time, please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

Peninsular Malaysia - RM7 

Sabah and Sarawak - RM8.50
